Playful Moments
In this video, a group of preschool students build a tall tower out of stacking blocks. The teacher asks the students how they could figure out how many blocks tall the tower is, and counting ensues.
In this video, preschool students race to build quantities that match the numerals shown on the cards. During the race, the teacher supports the students by identifying the numbers aloud and asks questions as they count: "How many more do you need to make 5?" and "What number is next?"
