How Bodily Movement Impacts Brain Development

We are born with a natural desire to move our body in order to learn about our world. During our time together we will develop a deeper understanding of this biological drive to move, analyze how we as early childhood educators can honor this need while considering the environment and materials we can offer in order to support all children’s development.
