July Summer Webinar (Infant Toddler)

Creating Supportive Environments for Infants and Toddlers

Participants will understand how to provide children a safe, respectful, predictable, and accessible environment for infants and toddlers through appropriate routines and transitions, materials, and room arrangement. Because infants and toddlers are experiencing the most rapid developmental rate we will also learn how to create and continually modify our environments to be responsive and supportive of their ever-changing development and learning.

**This session is part of our summer webinar series!
We are teaching three webinars (1 in June, 1 in July, 1 in August) that will cover foundational ideas, concepts, and best practices for those working in early care settings. This is all about the basics--the “must-have” topics to be successful in our setting and classroom. Think of these webinars as an “early care 101” class.

There will be two tracks, one specifically for infant toddler teachers and one specifically for preschool teachers, every month throughout the summer. Topics include: improving our interactions, providing appropriate learning experiences, guiding behaviors, choosing appropriate materials, designing your environment, and more!

Mark your calendars for our final summer webinar!

August 8 Infant Toddler Webinar
August 13 Preschool Webinar

Our final webinar will be in August. This month will be all about what learning looks like for children of all different ages. We will share a variety of ways to plan appropriate activities and experiences that support learning goals for all children and discuss features of high-quality learning.
