Description: The materials we offer children communicate what we value about learning. This interactive session explores how thoughtfully selected materials can spark curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and sustained engagement. Participants will learn how to evaluate toys and classroom materials through a developmental lens, transform closed-ended materials into open-ended learning opportunities, and intentionally design environments that invite exploration and meaningful play.
